Arrange renewal of tenancy

Obtain quotes for any maintenance works required
Arrange for works to be carried out by authorised contractors
Payment of works from monthly rent received
Pays until vacant possession is achieved
Pays 50% of rent for up to 2 months after vacant possession
Complete peace of mind
